Since our products are made-to-order, please allow 2-7 business days for production, plus additional time for shipping. Shipping times vary depending on your location, and you’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Since each product is made-to-order, we currently offer returns or exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at support@vxncrew.com within 30 days of receiving it.
